This is to inform you that the Company has received an Email communication received from its RTA on December 31st, 2024, that consequent upon acquisition of Link Group by Mitsubishi UFJ Trust & Banking Corporation, Link Intime India Private Limited will be now known as MUFG Intime India Private Limited. the said change of name is effective December, 31st, 2024. A Copy of certificate of incorporation pursuant to change of name is enclosed herewith.
