This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, 16th May, 2020 have approved and taken on record the Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter & year ended 31st March 2020. The same are enclosed alongwith the respective Audit Reports thereon. <BR> <BR> Pursuant to Regulation 33(3)(d) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015), we hereby declare that in the said Audited Financial Results (Consolidated and Standalone), the Statutory Auditors have not expressed any modified opinion(s) in their Audit Reports.<BR> <BR> At the said Meeting, the Board of Directors have recommended a Dividend of Rs. 1.20/- per Equity Share of Rs.10/- each (12%) for the Financial Year 2019-20 subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
