Pursuant to Clause 4 of Schedule B of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed from 01st October, 2022 till the conclusion of 48 hours after the declaration of the Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Six month ended 30th September,2022 for Designated Persons, Designated Employees and their Immediate Relatives. The date of Board Meeting of the Company for the consideration and declaration of the Un -Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Six month ended 30th September,2022 will be intimated in due course.
