This is to inform you that pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time and the Company's Code for Prevention of Insider Trading ('Insider Trading Policy'), the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons, connected persons and legitimate insiders of the Company from Sunday, January 1, 2023 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2022.
