| Neogen Chemicals Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 11/02/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to regulation 29 of the Listing Regulations, notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Saturday, February 11, 2023, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2022, along with limited review report of the Statutory Auditors thereon. Further, as we have informed vide our letter dated December 31, 2022, the trading window closure period has commenced from Sunday, January 1, 2023 and will end 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2022 pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. | |
