| Neueon Towers Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/01/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29(1)(a) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors called by the Resolution Profession is scheduled to be held on Friday, 12th January, 2024, inter alia, to consider and approve the following: 1. Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Half Year ended 30th September, 2023 along with the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors of the Company on the Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Half Year ended 30th September, 2023. 2.
