Dr. Prannoy Roy and Mrs. Radhika Roy, the Founders and Promoters of New Delhi Television Limited ('the Company'/ 'NDTV'), have informed the Company that they will urgently appeal a SEBI order received yesterday which holds them in violation of insider trading rules during the period December 2007 to April 2008.<BR> <BR> The Promoters have informed the Company that their lawyers, led by Ms. Fereshte Sethna, Senior Partner at DMD Advocates, hold that the SEBI order is based on an inaccurate assessment of facts and will not withstand scrutiny in appeal.
