NEW DELHI TELEVISION LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 10/11/2020 ,inter alia, to consider and approve This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of New Delhi Television Limited ('the Company') will be held on Tuesday, November 10, 2020, to consider inter-alia, un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2020. <BR> <BR> Further, as informed vide our letter dated September 29, 2020 and in view of the above-mentioned meeting, the trading window, which has been closed from September 30, 2020, will remain closed till November 12, 2020, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, for dealing in the securities of the Company. <BR> <BR> Please consider and take the above information on records.<BR> <BR>
