This is to inform you pursuant to the provisions of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rule 8A of Companies (Appointment and Remuneration of Managerial Personnel) Rules, 2014, (along with all the amendments taking place from time to time) and Regulation 6 of the Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing regulations of Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2018, Appointment of Ms. Manisha Goswami, holding the prescribed qualification, as Whole time Company Secretary and compliance officer of the Company with effect from 1st November 2020 to perform the duties in line with the Companies Act, 2013 and in any other Acts.
