New Light Apparels Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 01/02/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve a) Increase in the Authorized Share Capital and Consequent alteration of Memorandum of Association. However, earlier same has been approved by the Shareholders in their last Annual General Meeting of the Company held on September 30, 2023 but due to some unavoidable reasons we didn't take this matter in the meeting and now require consent of shareholders. b) Issuance of Equity shares pursuant to Section 42, 62(1)(c and other related provisions of the Companies Act 2013.
