NG Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 27, 2022 inter-alia to consider following business:-<BR><BR>a. To consider and approve the standalone Audited Financial Results of the Company for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2022.<BR><BR>b. To consider recommendation of dividend on equity shares, if any, for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2022, subject to approval of Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
