| In compliance to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations 2015, it is to inform that pursuance to Ministry of Power order no. 09/01/2018-NHPC dated 24.02.2020, Shri Abhay Kumar Singh (DIN 08646003) has assumed the charge of Chairman and Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. 24.02.2020 till the date of his superannuation i.e. 31.08.2022, or until further orders, whichever is earlier in place of Shri Ratish Kumar (DIN 06852735) who was holding additional charge of the post of Chairman & Managing Director in addition to his duties as Director (Projects).<BR> <BR> A brief profile of Shri A. K. Singh is enclosed. It is further to inform that Shri A. K. Singh is not related to any Directors of the Company and is not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any order of Securities and Exchange Board of India or any other such authority. | |
