In continuation to our announcement dated 9th January, 2024 we wish to inform that "Life 108 Healthcare Private Limited" has become the Subsidiary of our Company with effect from 19th January, 2024 pursuant to acquisition of 36,000 equity shares of Life 108 Healthcare Private Limited constituting to 51.4% equity stake.
