| Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), we hereby wish to inform you that the Government of Telangana, Drugs Control and Administration has granted Drug License under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 to our Subsidiary Company i.e., M/s. Life 108 Healthcare Private Limited to sell, stock or exhibit or offer for sale, or distribute by wholesale and retail, drugs other than those specified in Schedule C (C) and X of the Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945 on the premises situated at Plot No. 34/GF/FF/SF, Nihar House, First Floor, Ravi Colony, Ganesh Nagar, West Marredpally, Secunderabad, Hyderabad-500026, Marredpally(V), Marredpally(M), Hyderabad(Dist.), Telangana, India. The License number being TS/HYD/2024-115738. The required information in compliance with SEBI Circular ref. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-POD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, pertaining to the above license are provided in ANNEXURE A. | |
