In terms of the provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with Company''s Code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report, the Trading Window will remain closed for Designated Person from 1st July, 2025 till 48 hours after the dissemination of Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2025.
The Trading Window Closure has already been defined on NSDL portal on 25th June, 2025 for Unaudited Financial Results for the First Quarter ended 30th June, 2025.
