Nilkanth Engineering Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 07/08/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Un-audited Financial Results for the First Quarter ended 30th June, 2025 and Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditor of the Company on the above results.
The Trading Window will remain closed from 1st July, 2025 to 12th August, 2025 both days inclusive for Directors, Designated Persons and their family members.
