This is to inform you that as per the Company''''s ''''Insider Trading-Code'', framed pursuant to the SEBI(Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (including any amendment(s), modification(s)or re-enactment(s) thereto), read with BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-2020 dated 24 April, 2019 the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company shall remain closed from Janaury 01, 2023 till the expiry of 48 hours after declaration of the Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2022. Accordingly, the trading window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Person & Insiders as per the insiders trading code of the Company during the stated period. Further, the date of the Board Meeting for declaration of the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2022 shall be intimated in due course.
