This is to inform you that as per the Company''s "Insider Trading Code" framed pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations), 2015 read with BSE Circular dated April 02, 2019, the trading window for dealing in equity shares shall remain closed from April 01, 2024 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results ( Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2024. Further, the date of the Board Meeting will be intimated in due course.
