Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the board of directors at its meeting held today i.e. April 13, 2024 has finalised the terms and conditions for availing finance facility of Rs.35 Crores from Aditya Birla Finance Limited(ABFL) and authorising its partnership firm M/s Indogreen International to act as a co-borrower and its partnership firm IITL-Nimbus The Express Park View to act as a guarantor for the same.
