Dear Sir / Madam,<BR> <BR> Pursuant to Clause 4, Schedule B of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended) in sync with the clarification issued by the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) vide circular no. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 02, 2019; it is hereby intimated that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all insiders and their immediate relatives covered under the code with effect from 1st April, 2021 and shall be re-opened 48 hours after the declaration of Standalone Audited Financial Results and half-yearly results of the Company for the half-year ended 31st March, 2021.<BR> <BR> This is for your information and records.<BR> <BR>
