| Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Allotment Committee, has today approved the following allotments- (1) 92,518 Equity Shares of Face Value Rs.10/- each under the 'Nippon Life India Asset Management Limited - Employee Stock Option Plan 2017 ('NAM INDIA ESOP 2017')'; and (2) 37,716 Equity Shares of Face Value Rs.10/- each under the "Nippon Life India Asset Management Limited - Employee Stock Option Plan 2019 ('NAM INDIA ESOP 2019')" Consequently, with effect from December 17, 2021, the Issued, Subscribed and Paid-Up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to 62,18,24,308 Equity Shares of Face Value Rs.10/- each, details are attached. The above 1,30,234 Equity Shares shall rank pari passu with the existing Equity Shares of the Company in all respects. Please take the same on your record. | |
