| Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Allotment Committee, has today approved the following allotments- (1) 61,414 Equity Shares of Face Value Rs.10/- each under the 'Nippon Life India Asset Management Limited - Employee Stock Option Plan 2017 ('NAM INDIA ESOP 2017')'; and (2) 19,911 Equity Shares of Face Value Rs.10/- each under the "Nippon Life India Asset Management Limited - Employee Stock Option Plan 2019 ('NAM INDIA ESOP 2019')" Consequently, with effect from January 3, 2022, the Issued, Subscribed and Paid-Up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to 62,19,05,633 Equity Shares of Face Value Rs.10/- each, details are as attached The above 81,325 Equity Shares shall rank pari passu with the existing Equity Shares of the Company in all respects.
