Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Allotment Committee, has today approved the following allotments-&lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt; (1) 53,612 Equity Shares of Face Value Rs.10/- each under the &quot;Reliance Nippon Life Asset Management Limited - Employee Stock Option Plan 2017 (RNAM ESOP 2017)&quot;; and&lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt; (2) 1735 Equity Shares of Face Value Rs.10/- each under the &quot;Reliance Nippon Life Asset Management Limited - Employee Stock Option Plan 2019 (RNAM ESOP 2019)&quot;&lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt; Consequently, with effect from November 11, 2020, the Issued, Subscribed and Paid-Up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to 61,26,21,462 Equity Shares of Face Value Rs.10/- each, details of which are attached.&lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt; The above 55,347 Equity Shares shall rank pari passu with the existing Equity Shares of the Company in all respects.&lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt; Please take the same on record.
