In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 the Board in its meeting held on 28th May, 2024 considered and approved the following: 1. Re-appointment of Mr. Raghav Daga (DIN: 00084553) as the Managing Director of the Company for a term of 3 years w.e.f 07th June, 2024 to 06th June, 2027 subject to approval of Shareholders. 2. Re-appointment Mrs. Santosh Mundhra (DIN: 08289315) as a Non executive Independent Director of the Company for a second term of 5 years w.e.f. 1st June, 2024 to 31st May, 2029 subject to approval of shareholders.
