The appointment be made further to the letter of confirmation of eligibility and consent issued by NKM & Associates, Company Secretaries. We hereby file our intimation for your record without the approval of the Board of Directors as the resolution of Board could not be passed by the Company being under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process and liquidation as going concern.
