One of the Independent Directors, Dr. K. Cherian Varghese who by virtue of resolution passed by shareholders on 19.03.2016, joined the Board of Directors as an Independent<BR> Director of the Company for a period of five (5) years therefrom, has since vacated officeupon completion of his tenure.<BR> Though the Board is presently one short of the required number of Independent Directors as envisaged under Regulation 17(1) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015,<BR> the Company shall soon conform to the requirement within the time stipulated under second Proviso to Rule 4.of the Companies (Appointment and Qualification of Directors)<BR> Rules, 2014.<BR> The above are for the information of the investing public, and may be taken into record.
