| Pursuant to Regulations 30 and 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Schedule III of the said Regulations, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, i.e. Wednesday 29th May 2024 inter alia, has approved the following items: 1. Standalone Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2024 along with Auditor''s Report with Unmodified Opinion and Declaration by the Company. A copy of the said financials and Audit Reports is enclosed herewith as 'Annexure-1' 2. Re-appointment of M/S Jaymin Modi & Co., Practicing Company Secretaries as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company for the Financial Year 2024-25. The disclosure required is enclosed herewith as 'Annexure-2' 3. Re-appointment of Saraf & Saraf Associates, as the Internal Auditor of the Company for the Financial Year 2024-25.
