Dear Sir/Madam,
We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e. Wednesday, November 5, 2025, has considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2025. The said Unaudited Financial Results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and thereafter approved by the Board.
Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are enclosing herewith the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2025, along with Limited Review Report issued by Vora & Associates, Chartered Accountants, Statutory Auditors of the Company.
The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 11:15 a.m. and concluded at 12:00 p.m.
