This is in reference to our letter dated September 16, 2020 enclosing therewith the Postal Ballot Notice dated September 16, 2020 seeking consent of Members of the Company through Resolutions for the following:<BR> (a) Increase in Authorised Share capital of the Company and consequent amendment to Memorandum of Association of the Company - Ordinary Resolution;<BR> (b) Niyogin Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2020 for the employees of the Company - Special Resolution;<BR> (c) Grant of Stock Options of 1% or more of the Issued Share Capital of the Company in the terms of 'Niyogin Employee Stock Option Plan 2020' - Special Resolution.<BR> <BR> Pursuant to Regulation 44(3) of the Listing Regulations, we would like to inform you that the aforesaid Resolutions have been passed by the Members of the Company with requisite majority.
