The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, May 09, 2025 to inter alia consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2025 and to recommend dividend on Equity Shares of the Company, if any. The trading window for dealing in shares of the Company by all the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives will be closed with effect from Tuesday, April 01, 2025. The window shall open 48 hours after the said financial results are declared to the Stock Exchange.
