Novopan Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 14, 2014, has decided to extend the date for conducting 29th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company for the Financial Year 2013-14 by three months so as to conduct the said AGM on or before December 31, 2014.<br/><br/>In this connection, the Company is applying for approval of Registrar of Companies, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, Hyderabad for convening the 29th Annual General Meeting of the company on or before December 31, 2014.
