Arihant Capital Markets Ltd ("manager to the Delisting Offer") has submitted to BSE a Copy of Public Announcement (Public Announcement / PA) on behalf of GVK Projects and Technical Services Ltd (GVK Projects / Acquirer), to the public shareholders of Novopan Industries Ltd (Target Company), in accordance with Regulation 10 of the Securities and Exchange<br/>Board of India (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009, as amended till date (Delisting Regulations) in respect of the proposed acquisition and voluntary delisting of the fully paid-up equity shares of the Company (Offer / Delisting Offer).
