In compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended and the Circular issued by National Stock Exchange of India Limited NSE/CML/2019/11 dated April 02, 2019, and pursuant to the Company's 'Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives' the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for all Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives with effect from Friday, January 01, 2021 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2020.
