This is to inform that consequent to the transfer/demerger of the Digital, Media and Communications business undertaking under the Scheme of Arrangement sanctioned by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal vide its Order dated November 11, 2022, Mr. Vynsley Fernandes, has resigned from the position of Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer and from the Board of the Company with immediate effect i.e. with effect from November 14, 2022.
