Approved the appointment of Mrs. Anbarasi Thenmozhi Thomas (DIN 09207144) as a Non-Executive Independent Director (Additional Director) on the Board of the Company w.e.f 30th June 2021 based on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee to hold office up to the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the company, subject to ratification by the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the company for her appointment as Independent Director.
