| With reference to your E-mail dated 4th April, 2023, seeking clarification with respect to the quick results submitted to the Exchange dated 10-Mar-2023 . In this regard, we, OCL Iron and Steel Limited ('Company') hereby submit before your good office as under: Discrepancy: 1. Consolidated Results - Consolidated Limited Review Submitted instead of Auditor Report for Year Ended - March 2022 OISL Response: We would like to draw your kind attention towards that the Auditors report dated 10th March, 2023 which we have submitted is not the Limited Review report. However, the auditors inadvertently mentioned the word reviewed instead of audited in the second paragraph of the Auditors report. To rectify the same, a copy of the outcome of the meeting consisting of financial results along with the Auditors Report (revised) on the said financial results being submitted to the exchange dated March 10, 2023, is also enclosed herewith for your reference. | |
