Further to our letter No.OCTL/SEC/037/2022 dated December 30, 2022 we regret to inform that we have so far not received confirmation from Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) that the Company's Scrip Code:500313 has been delisted from BSE and that the trading has stopped. Infact we have observed that the trading is still going on as on January 16, 2023. We once again request BSE to please confirm per return that the delisting of Company''s Scrip Code.:500313 has been delisted from the BSE and trading stopped forthwith. Please be also informed that the listing agreement dated 18" February 2016 executed with Bombay Stock Exchange stands rescinded with immediate effect. We once again request BSE to please confirm per return that the Company's Scrip Code.500313 has been delisted from BSE and trading stopped forthwith.
