It is hereby informed ht the Trading Window for the purpose of transaction in the company''s scripts by the directors and designated employees of the co will remain closed from 1.4.2024 till the completion of 48 hours after declaration of the audited financial results for the Q/Y ended 31.3.2024 in terms of the company''s code of prevention of insider trading read with SEBI(PIT) Regulations, 2015. Accordingly all the designated employees, other insiders of the company (including directors) and their immediate relatives have been intimated not to trade in the company''s share(s) during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window. Further date of Board meeting to consider, approve and take on record the audited financial results for the Q/Y ended 31.3.24 shall be intimated to the Stock Exchange in due course.
