| Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Audited Financial Results along with Auditor's Report and declaration regarding the Auditor's Report with the modified opinion pursuant to the Regulation 33(3)(d) of the SEBI(Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI Circular No.CIR/CFD/CMD/56/2016, dated May 27, 2016 is enclosed herewith. 1.The approved Audited Financial Results along with audit report for the year ended 31st March, 2024 and declaration on the report of auditors with Auditors Qualifications modified opinion are enclosed as Annexure. 2. The Company is mainly in the business of 'Paper and Paper Products'. Hence there is no separate reportable segment as per Accounting Standard 17 issued by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. 3.The Board of Directors has not recommended any Dividend for the year 2023-24. | |
