| REVISED OUTCOME In pursuance of Regulation 33 read with Regulation 30 of SEBI(LODR)Regulations, 2015 we are attaching herewith the textual matter of Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter/Nine Months ended 31st December, 2024 which is scheduled for publication in (i)'Makkal Kural'- in Tamil (ii) 'Business Standard - in English'. Please note that the results have been reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by our Board of Directors at their meeting held on Wednesday, 14th February, 2025. We also enclose a copy of the Limited Review Report of the Auditors of the Company, as required under Regulation 33 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. The Board of Directors also have approved the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter/Nine Months ended 31st December, 2024. and subjects as enclosed. | |
