| Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015 it is hereby informed that the Trading Window for the purpose of transaction in the Company''s scripts by the Directors and Designated Employees of the Company will remain closed from 1st April, 2025 till the completion of 48 hours after declaration of the Audited financial results for the Quarter and Year ended 31st March, 2025 in terms of the Company''s Code of Prevention of Insider Trading read with SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015. Accordingly, all the designated employees, other insiders of the Company (including Directors) and their relatives have been intimated not to trade in the Company''s share(s) during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. Further date of Board Meeting to consider, approve and take on record the Audited financial results for the Quarter and Year ended 31st March, 2025, shall be intimated to the Stock Exchange in due course. | |
