Pursuant to Regulation 34(1) and 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'), please find enclosed Annual Report of the Company for the financial year 2023-24 and also the Notice of 41st AGM of the Company which forms part of the Annual Report. In compliance with relevant circulars issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India, the Notice convening the AGM and the Annual Report of the Company for the financial year 2023-24 has been sent to all the members of the Company whose email addresses are registered with the Company or Depository Participant(s). The AGM of the Company will be held on Thursday, 29th August 2024 at 11.00 a.m. through Video Conferencing/ Other Audio Visual Means in accordance with the aforesaid circulars.
