| OMKAR OVERSEAS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/02/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve With regard to above this is to inform you that a meeting of Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on Friday, 12th February, 2021, at 5:00 p.m. to inter-alia consider:<BR> <BR> 1. The Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the Quarter ended as on 31st December, 2020.<BR> 2. To Approve the Scheme of Amalgamation of Saanvi Advisors Limited with Omkar Overseas Limited and their respective shareholders and creditors.<BR> 3. Any other business with the consent of the Chair.<BR> <BR> Further, as required under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and as intimated vide our letter dated December 31, 2020 the trading window of the Company had been closed from 01st January, 2021 and will open 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended as on December 31, 2020.<BR> <BR> | |
