With reference to our earlier intimation on the appointment of new Company Secretary in the place of outgoing Company Secretary and further to your mail dated 02.02.2024 regarding the non attachment of the Resignation letter of the outgoing Company Secretary it is hereby informed again the appointment of new CS Ms. Bhawana Lohiya as Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer in place of the outgoing Company Secretary Mr. Abhishek Lohia and the revised intimation letter alongwith with the resignation letter is attached.
