In view of the clarification issued by BSE vide its circular dated 02nd April, 2019 on the captioned matter and pursuant to the Company''s code of conduct under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, as amended, the closing of trading window for dealing in securities of the company would remain closed from Monday 1st April, 2024 till the completion of 48 hours after announcement of the Audited Financial Results for the year ended 31st March 2024 for designated persons of the company including their relatives.
