Sukale (Membership No. A-66480) has tendered her resignation from the post of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. February 11, 2022 due to her personal reasons. The Company has accepted her resignation and relieving her from responsibilities w.e.f. February 10, 2022 after the business hours of the Company.
