In compliance of the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (PIT Regulations) and the Company's 'Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading in securities by Designated Persons', the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company for all the Designated Persons, shall remain closed from 1st January 2022 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2021. The date of Board Meeting to approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on 31st December, 2021 shall be intimated separately in due course.
