The appointment of Mr. Pandoo Naig as the Chief Financial Officer of the company effective immediately 3. The appointment of Mrs. Kajal Shethia as the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company effective immediately The meeting commenced on 03rd June 2024 at 08:00 PM and was continued on next day as the Statement of Impact was awaited to be approved by the Board and the Statutory Auditors.
