| This is to inform that the Board in its meeting held today, January 29, 2024 has appointed Radhika Venugopal as the Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from April 1, 2024 Asheesh Chatterjee, Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel has resigned from the services of the Company. His last date with the Company would be March 31, 2024. The Company places on the record its appreciation for the services rendered by him and for his contributions to the Company. The resignation letter is enclosed. | |
