The Notice of the 24th AGM of the Company and Annual Report for the financial year 2023-24 will be sent only by the electronic mode to all the shareholders whose email IDs are registered with the Company/ Depositories and will also be available on the Company''s website at www.onmobile.com in due course. We enclose herewith copies of newspaper advertisement published in this regard, in the newspapers viz.
